1. Introduction
These terms form a legal agreement between you and TesterCourse UK Ltd (company number 13874562). By accessing our website or enrolling on a course, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Enrolment & eligibility
To enrol you must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information during enrolment and to keep your account credentials secure.
3. Payment
Course fees are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable at the point of enrolment unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing. Prices may change, but changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.
4. Refunds & cancellation
You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrolment provided you have completed less than 20% of the course material. Refund requests should be sent to our support team. Once the threshold is exceeded, the enrolment is treated as a service that has begun and is no longer refundable.
5. Course access
Unless stated otherwise, enrolment grants you lifetime personal access to the purchased course materials. Access is for your individual use and must not be shared, resold or transferred.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, including videos, templates, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to TesterCourse UK Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own learning but must not copy, distribute or publish it without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the platform, or using the materials for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches.
8. Liability
Our courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific career outcome or employment. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
